Happy Birthday, Viviane!

It's our sweet little girl's 2nd birthday already! Time has flown by...it's so hard to believe she's all toddler now! Viviane is truly a blessing from our Heavenly Father, and we praise Him for His goodness in giving her to us! He has blessed her with excellent health and development these first 2 years, and she brings such joy and liveliness to our home.

On Saturday, we celebrated with a family birthday party. Viviane so enjoyed having Nana, Aunt Amy, Zack, Emilee, Grandma & Grandpa, Uncle Nathan, Aunt April, Claire, and Caleb here! (We missed you, Poppa, Aunt Alicia & Uncle Steve, Aunt Jenny, Uncle Lance, Ellie, Micah, & Anna!) Her cousins built a great fort in the living room out of blankets, and they all had a ball playing in it. She also thoroughly enjoyed her cupcake and opening gifts. Thanks for celebrating with us, everybody!

Today is "the big day", and Viviane has had a blast so far! She got to play outside with Micaiah and Miriam for almost 2 hours and had a birthday cupcake for dessert after lunch! We're going to have dinner and some play time at the McDonald's Play Place before church tonight to continue the celebration. Then, tomorrow night we'll have a birthday dinner for both Viviane and Auntie Donna (whose birthday is Saturday) with the Bixby "Clan" to round out the almost-week-long celebration :-)
